The staff were all friendly and helpful and the location was great! The beds were a little too firm for our liking but the room was clean and the hotel was beautiful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the staff who helped us enjoy our visit to LA.
Second time staying at this location and it was just as great. Staff super nice and helpful, good transit options close by. Rooftop patio and pool are awesome
Nice place and staffs were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the rooftop was nice. The fish tacos was so good. Would definitely stay here again when I return.
It was great stay. The rooftop pool and bar was a great plus and the bunk rooms were a great form of accommodations. Only downside was no fridge in room.
Super friendly staff welcoming and helpful unlike most hotels. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly rooms were great as well as the location. Bunk rooms are a tad bit too small but it was somewhat expected
Hotel was way better than I anticipated. Decently spacious, furniture not dated. All clean. Surroundings were not too bad considering the bad rap that the downtown area has
We really enjoyed our stay here!! The space is very cool and they have great amenities. The staff is very helpful and nice. I definitely recommend this property for a stay in Los Angeles, it’s nice, affordable and in a good area of the city!
Very nice hotel with a great view. Although it was a great stay, had issues with the television and issue was not fixed until 2 hours later. Also had an issue with the coffee maker at first but then worked well later. Besides that, it was a great stay. Also they do charge for parking for x amount of vehicles you bring too.
great room! only stayed one night and everything was nice :) only downside was how loud it got outside at night! but that’s to be expected in dtla! would stay here again!
This urban retreat offers a refreshing blend of artistic flair and comfortable design that instantly makes guests feel welcome. Every corner of the property showcases thoughtful details that create a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere for those visiting the city. The staff members are consistently professional, ensuring that all needs are met with genuine warmth and efficiency. Guests will certainly appreciate the curated aesthetic that permeates both the common areas and the private rooms. It is truly an excellent choice for anyone seeking a memorable and stylish stay in a central location.
I liked the view of the city and restaurant around the area the rooftop view and the pool and loved the hotel inside the only thing I didn't like was that the TV is cable you can't watch Hulu or Netflix but other than that it was great I would stay here again
We arrived very early before our check in time and the staff were very helpful and understanding. They stowed our bags for us and arranged an early check in, which we really appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was good but a little more expensive than we anticipated because there was an 18% service fee.
