The location is excellent and I believe it's the only hotel right in the airport so we have stayed here several times with great success. They have everything set up for easy check-in and check-out due to the high volume of airport travelers. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Close to airport, wife used wheel chair service from airport arrivals all the way to the hotel. Access by rail to and from the terminals. We learned how to use the system and returned to Terminal 5 early in the morning for an early flight. On site restaurant was convenient for a light dinner after a long European flight.

All of the staff that I encountered were very helpful and friendly. The thermostat in my room was broken so the maintenance staff put a large space heater in my room. Also, the room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The decor of the hotel is rather dated and could use a makeover. Overall, it was a good stay and convenient to the airport.
