I really liked the suite aspect of the room. Some of the furniture was very clearly worn. The pool had a ton of bees and one of the kids got stung. There was some weird brown film in the hot tub too. Other than that, we enjoyed the location. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. Plenty of room for a family and it was over all clean. The breakfast was great. There wasn’t a bar so you’d have to go next door to the holiday inn. We really appropriated the shuttle from the airport and the one interaction we had with the front reception was pleasant.

We have stayed here many times. The breakfast was great during our most recent stay and the kids had a good time in the hot tub. The pool water is not heated and it was a bit chilly for our preferences, but that’s okay. The kitchen comes in handy and had everything we needed to make basic meals. We booked a room with a bathtub for the kids. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel. There were only two negatives and those were not dealbreakers. There was a small area of the kitchen counter that had not been cleaned before we checked in, which I quickly wiped down with a cloth. The decorative pillow on the couch was old and the zipper was broken on the cover. That pillow should be replaced or removed. Overall, the experience was good and the staff was friendly.

Plentiful friendly staff and clean grounds can't help the cheap feel of the stay. Silverware that is so thin the metal is wearing off, a lack of proper serving dishes for making meals in the suite, an absence of a TV channel guide or smart TV's, showers that barely spritz water, a breakfast buffet of the cheapest foods and thinnest watered-down juices, a hotel phone system that doesn't work... so you have to go down to the front desk for anything. We won't be back

Everything was nice, and clean. The room was more like an apartment than a hotel room. The only downside is the pool area is shared by the holiday inn guests also which is fine, but the hot tub is very small and doesnt fitore than 3 or 4 comfortably so we didn't get to try it out. I would stay there again. The continental breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety compared to a.standard hotel.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport celebrating our 34th anniversary, and this place made the whole trip easy and comfortable. Our room was clean, spacious, and actually felt good to stay in for a full week. The pool area was spotless and relaxing, never crowded, and perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The laundry facility was super convenient and well-kept — a big help during a longer stay. The complimentary breakfast was way better than the usual hotel spread, with plenty of fresh options and a staff that kept everything stocked. The front desk team was friendly and helpful every day, housekeeping kept our room in great shape, and you can tell management runs the place well because everything feels organized and cared for. Overall, this hotel made our anniversary trip even better. Great people, great amenities, and a comfortable stay from start to finish. We’d absolutely come back.
