The highlight of my trip was the staff. From day 1 all of them were exceptional. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations multiple times from the front desk staff interacting with my irritable daughter at check in, the multiple housekeepers that asked if I wanted service and asked if I needed anything for the room…to the pool bar hostess who made my dining experience phenomenal. Definitely an overall 10/10 for me and I will definitely book again!

My stay at this hotel was phenomenal! I checked in and manager Clyde was very welcoming and provided a drink as soon as we arrived. I stayed in the Bahamas for 6-7 nights and enjoyed my stay as I felt safe and this hotel is in the middle of many attractions. The hotel provided quick taxis when needed and have great amenities like a pool, quick elevator access, and a big lobby to hang around and eat. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and helpful when something was needed. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel.

I booked in March and paid. When we arrived in May there were no rooms available. We couldn’t check in, so we left our bags with the front desk to find dinner. Frankly, the hotel should have sprung for dinner in the hotel while we waited for a room. When a room opened up it was comfortable and clean. The rest of the hotel is looking a little worn, but comfortable beds. The manager was great, smiled a lot, and if you needed something he was on it. The front desk staff was polite.

I'll start off by saying that we would stay here again. The staff was the best! Very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We sat by the pool but didn't use it. The hotel is literally across the street from the beach, so didn't have a need to go to the pool. The hotel is in such a great location--can't beat it. Our view was just beautiful! Restaurants are close--we walked to every restaurant we went to. Downtown shopping is 10 minutes away. With all that said, the hotel is a bit outdated as others stated which is why I can't give it a 5, but again, we'd still stay here again. This hotel served our purpose and didn't cost an arm and a leg!
