Great place to celebrate a second honeymoon !!!

Merida may 2025

Great location! The tv never worked but it wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t stay in the room much other than to sleep. Great price and the parking lot they offer gets locked up at night so it feels very safe.

Lobby and pool area is very pretty. Staff were mediocre. Room was clean but without character. Toilet ran constantlyI moved to another hotel in the area during me second week in Merida and for an extra $100 for the week, (Casa Balam) if you can afford it, it’s worth three times as much in room and hotel quality.

It is a hidden gem in the heart of Centro, Merida. The location is perfect—you can walk to everything. The price is affordable. Sophia and the other staff are excellent and friendly. However, two angels, Gabriel and Daniel, went above and beyond their jobs to make me feel comfortable and at home. I recommend Hotel Santa Maria to anyone visiting Merida. I look forward to staying there next time I'm in Merida

This is a little gem of a hotel. It is clean and comfortable and has the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! The staff were fantastic, they had a little issue with laundry service one day but it was quickly rectified.Shout out to Misael! And the rest of the staff.

Lovely hotel with secure parking

Nice hotel in a good location. Clean room and nice (but small) pool in the courtyard of the hotel but with only 2 or 3 “outdoor” chairs available to use. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great secure parking.
