We had an excellent stay at OKU Ibiza and were impressed across the board. The staff are exceptionally well trained, friendly and professional, with a consistently high level of customer service throughout the hotel. The valet service was particularly efficient and made having a hire car completely hassle-free. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent choice and noticeably high-quality ingredients. One of our favourite things about the hotel, though, was the atmosphere around the pool. It manages to feel relaxed and stylish without being pretentious. We especially loved the afternoon DJ sets – starting with chilled music and gradually increasing the tempo as the afternoon went on, but always done tastefully and never overpowering. The sunbeds deserve a special mention – genuinely the best we have ever had at a hotel! They are incredibly wide and comfortable and make spending a day by the pool an absolute pleasure. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade at reception to a suite, which made the stay even more special. Overall, OKU Ibiza gets the balance just right: great service, excellent food, a beautiful setting and a relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. We would happily return.

The hotel was okay, it just is not a five star hotel experience. The concierge gave bad recommendations on everything (boat charters, car rentals, restaurants). Do your own research instead.

Absolutely best hotel ever stayed in. Service was great from the valet parking everyday to reception to the pool staff to the rooms. It was all fantastic!! We want to try another Oku now. Highly recommend the stay!

Amazing hotel with really nice and attentive staff. In particular the breakfast restaurant staff was always smiling and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic, wide range of products, all super fresh and delicious. The adult pool was great, very cool and relaxed vibes, good DJ. The gym was pretty limited, mostly cardio stuff, no real free weights. Location is ok, but I hadn’t paid attention it was in San Antonio. Overall we had a really nice stay.

Our OKU experience was top notch from the beginning to end. OKU was divine!! Amazing experience throughout our stay!! Johnny was very attentive at the pool area!! From the gentleman who looks after your car who offered water to go to the airport with to reception putting in cava and a cake for my partners birthday without asking. My second time staying at this hotel and it did not miss. I had an amazing time and luckily got upgraded to a junior suite! Only thing I would wish is that they work on the mould infestation in the corners in the showers (and rooms also I guess). Overall superb experience and the spa is great!
