The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible and that we had everything we wanted/needed. All inclusive is definitely the way to go!! Loved the beach right outside our door, and there were different shows to go to every night. So many different activities to do at the resorts as well as in town. Will definitely book again and bring family with us!!!

This is our third year going to the Melia. The rooms are very accommodating. Shampoo, conditioner, and body washes provided. The staff are beyond wonderful. They greet you and always make sure you have what you need. Thereā€™s plenty of food nicely displayed in the main restaurant and the other two places service is amazing. The guys at the bar are always fun and make sure that whatever drink you want they can make it. Pool areas is always kept spotless. Thereā€™s some sort of entertainment nightly and although I donā€™t have kids, they have a kid activity room and space available for them to have fun outdoors as well. (playground, croquet, badminton, etc..). The Melia has now become our annual trip.

Our visit was great. There were so many activities for the kids. The food at the buffet was not desirable but no worse than any other all inclusive resort. They could do a better job of allowing reservations to their other restaurants every night which would fix the issue with the buffet food being undesirable.
