This is an amazing property! Pictures are stunning, but they do not do it justice. The staff was all very accommodating. The food is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Not a real 5 star resort. Prepare to dine with tons of mosquitos, on sub par food. You think your renting a private suite, but then throughout the day staff walks up to the back patio and looks in on you. So no privacy at all. Don't get the loft suite, it's hot as heck in the bedroom. Then the layout. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs! Rooms are dark with poor lighting. The breakfast was good. Wife had a massage and it was terrible. Internet was on and off all week. Terrible parking, walking up and down hills to get anywhere. Read reviews before booking! This is a 3 to maybe a 4 star resort.

Best hotel experience

We enjoyed the tranquility we experienced in this adult-only facility. The room was in clean and in great condition with a superb seaview that we could watch the sunrise. Staff was helpful and sincere. I already look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to couples :)

Lacks hot water for showers, housekeepers do bare minimum, multiple counters, floor area’s are not cleaned daily. Manager on site couldn’t resolve issues, agreed property has operational issues due to sustainability priorities above guest comfort. Many misses with training staff and basic standards relating to hygiene, privacy within Spa, Restaurants and common area’s. Spend your $ else where, this hotel is all instagram and marketing glitz. Is not operating to meet basic customer expectations.

Everyone that works at Acro Suites is so friendly and they go out of your way to make you feel welcome. The look and feel is beautiful, the views are stunning and the food was delicious. The size of the hotel made it feel very intimate and it never felt busy

Out of this world - hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Pure relaxation and heaven on earth. Much needed R&R for our mini moon having just celebrated our wedding in Santorini. We had a wonderful time at Acro Suites for our honeymoon. The setting is absolutely stunning, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail in both the hotel’s overall design and the decor of our room. The dining experience was another highlight, with refined and high-quality cuisine, especially at Cremnos, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay, which added to the charm of the experience. We did encounter a few issues that we feel should not happen in a hotel of this standing. There was no functional Wi-Fi for over 24 hours and we had to rely on a backup network for the entire duration of our stay across all our devices. This made it impossible to use features like screen mirroring on the TV. We also experienced issues with the smart TV itself, particularly with apps like Netflix, which never worked properly. These are minor issues, but in a luxury establishment, they do impact the overall experience. Our main disappointment, however, was the unwelcoming attitude of one of the front desk managers (a blonde woman, possibly in charge of the reception team). Unlike all other members of the staff who were genuinely kind and helpful, her coldness and lack of hospitality throughout our stay were quite striking.A smile and a sense of warmth would go a long way in making guests feel valued – something we sadly did not feel from her. Despite this, our overall experience was positive and we would still recommend Acro Suite.
