Great value, great location. right next 2 the ocean right next 2 mo's restaurant and a coffee shop . Walk the beach at sunset. Breakfast was good for being free. Would stay again only complaint is there was zero hot water . Cold showers when it's 60 and breezy outside are not ideal .

Why stay? The balcony view into the bay. We were on the 3rd floor. We watched the tide come in, and with it harbor seals. We also enjoyed the sunset although we also went to the pier next door for another view. Loved that the room had a modern decorating flare and it was big enough that it also contained a 2-person couch. The exterior is a little beat, but that's life beside the ocean water.

The view was beautiful! Beach and water view. From 4th floor balcony. Walked to a restaurant and coffee shop. Watched seals playing in the water and laying on the beach!
