We stayed at Naru hotel for 3 nights in a room on the 17th floor overlooking the Hangang river. The view was spectacular, especially at night and early morning. We truly enjoyed the breakfast on the 22nd floor, there was a lot to choose from, and the food quality was outstanding. The view in the dining room was breathtaking. We enjoyed their swimming pools (indoor and infinity) a lot. The water was heated in both, and the view from the infinity pool (on the 21st floor overlooking the river and the city) was gorgeous. The hotel has a very nice gym and spa also on the 21st floor. The staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay at Naru Hotel again the next time we visit Seoul.

Hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Concierge catered to our every need, including giving advice on bookings and reserving taxis. Special thanks to Gin who was very helpful, kind and empathetic. When we encountered a problem with our room the staff could not have been more helpful and we are grateful to them. The views from the rooftop pool are stunning. Our room was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Good location near a bus stop and metro station with restaurants and cafes near by. Also close to the Hyundai Seoul Mall. Highly recommend this hotel, mainly for the friendly staff!

This hotel was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. It was a block from Mapo metro station and has a 7-11 near by. The hotel breakfast and view from the room are spectacular. The gym and pools are wonderful too.

Perfect location, I had the prime view room, overlooking the Han River and most of the city, it was pretty cool. First, I understand the need to be more eco- conscious, I am all for it, but I think, it should not be categorized by Expedia as a Luxury hotel if amenities are not for free. That literally is the meaning of luxury. They charge for 1,000 Korean Won for the dental kit and just the simple hygiene kits that are usually free from luxury or 5 star hotels. There was also an incident of miscommunication when I was using their gym facilities, and I was at the peak of my work out on the treadmill, the hotel worker asked me to leave because it’s 11am and it’s time to clean the gym. I am all for that, but I hope they should have not let me in or they should have told me that that was going to happen before letting me in. But later on they said, it was just the pool facilities. At this point I already left the treadmill halfway my workout. But the hotel worker was very apologetic when the misunderstanding was cleared which I appreciate. The breakfast was good, add the good view. Otherwise, I think Expedia has to rethink their category, just because the location is prime, I don’t think it should be considered a luxury hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. The amenities like the indoor pool and infinity pool are fabulous. The views are totally amazing from the hig floors. Had a slightly issue. It was immediately addressed without any fuss. The staff are also very welcoming.

Hospitality was amazing at this hotel. Our first trip to S. Korea and the staff was so helpful despite the language barrier. Angie at check-in was beyond helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. They provided room service daily and kept our room spot clean. We would come back again. Thank you for making our experience worth visiting and pleasurable.
