This place has a ton of potential. It just needs a facelift. The staff was fantastic. Location is great. If they updated the furnishings and planted some flowers in the flower boxes it would be so much better.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel during the 4th of July weekend. The hotel was clean and located in a great location 3 things: 1. We paid for a river view room, but the trees were blocking our view. 2. Every Morning there would be a smell coming from the bathroom sink. 3. Parking is not included in your stay.

Our stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The vibe of the old building is really cool. I do think they would benefit from upgraded carpet and bathrooms. The gym is really nice and spacious. Recommend the hotel offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning everyday. It would also be nice if the onsite restaurant/ bar was open more. Overall a great stay for the price.

Hotel staff was nice. Arrived tired and not feeling well. Hotel was dark at best as far as lighting both in the morning and at night inside the hotel. AC unit was very cold and operated in an efficient manner but fan blew at regional jet speed and right on the bed located 1 inch from it. Room and view was awesome. Spacious and full kitchen. Restaurant looked nice. Great location DT Rome.
