We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa! The pool was a perfect place to relax, and we especially loved seeing the rescued turtles - such a unique and memorable part of the property. The location could not be better: everything we wanted to explore in Key West was within easy walking distance. It was incredibly convenient to enjoy the sights, restaurants, and lively atmosphere without needing a car. We would gladly stay here again!

Front desk was amazing during check in and check out. TJ at the Blue Mojito was great! Our "partial" ocean view room was huge with the perfect view of the water. We can't wait to come back!!

This hotel is excellent! The check-in was wonderful, the coffee bar and the pool bar also provided excellent service with a smile! This place has every amenity you would want a hotel to have and is so close to best of Key West. We loved this place and we were treated well by the team. We had a fantastic stay, thank you!

The minute we entered our room we were hit with an overwhelming smell of bleach. Apparently all rooms are cleaned with bleach. Sore throat and headache the entire stay, the outside bar was limited on food and what we did receive wasn’t edible. No blended drinks because their slush machine was broken. On a positive note the 4 Flamingo’s restaurant had excellent breakfast food
