I really liked it the hotel. It was nice and clean smell real fresh. The rose very nice. Only thing I really didn’t care is all they gave. You was coffee in the morning like you guys could give like pastries and spruce the coffee up more like better creamery better brands of coffee besides that I thought it was a nice stay

This was a brand new hotel with finishing work still going on. The location us convenient to shopping, the airport, and major interstates. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Once the hotel is finished it should highly ranked. Great value.

This was right off the interstate, brand new, very clean. There is nothing in the cupboards to use to make food or coffee or anything for a long term place. Maybe they will add that later? Beds were very comfortable. Only amenities were vending machine & coffee made from 6-9. Wifi had some issues, not easy to logon, front desk had to hook it up for us. This place worked for what we needed & price was good. One suggestion would be to turn off the very loud beeping noise on elevator that beeps on every floor. My dog especially hated it!

The hotel is fairly new and it shows. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The floor is vinyl and no carpet. The room had a large fridge, dishwasher and stove top. Though no utensils or plates. The downside: No coffee pot in the room or a blow dryer, also no breakfast. They only serve coffee between 6 and 10 am. The air-conditioning unit was so noisy we had had to turn it off. You can hear everything from the other rooms. especially the ones above you. The front desk was very helpful and moved us to another room as the guest above us had a dog and we could hear it running around above us. If you have a room that faces the freeway expect to be woken up by the cars speeding on the freeway.

This is a brand new place so it's in good condition but it's cheaply made & poorly maintained. They only clean rooms once every 14 days (which is disclosed up front but still way down from a normal extended stay).Linens are also changed only once every 14 days which is beyond the pale. I ended up washing ours myself. The room has zero amenities so you have to either rent or bring your own dishes, pans, iron if you need it, coffee pot etc. I just got a jar of instant cafe bustelo and some creamer, disposable cups and bottled water for mine. The beds are basically a metal platform frame with a cheap mattress that stands alone & the fake headboard gives the illusion of a real bed. It basically looks like a standard build-in, nothing fancy but functional. The overall feel is Ikea display unit. The staff is nice when you encounter them, all very polite and helpful if you need something. Overall, the price is cheap and well maintained, but the lack of amenities is extreme, even for a budget place. If you only need a cheap place to sleep, it will be fine, but if you have greater needs like eating food that doesn't come from a box, or having clean linens, you may not like this. It's a nickel and dime operation so expect to be charged for everything.

Good: they let me check in a little early and since it’s a new building it’s fairly clean and doesn’t smell too bad. Bad: room is listed as a suite and while it has a refrigerator and oven burner there are zero glasses, plates, bowls or silverware let alone pans to use. They “conveniently” offer to sell you the above listed things- incredibly inconvenient for someone traveling and staying at a hotel. Room also doesn’t have a coffee maker of any kind. I have stayed at some terrible motels and have never not had a coffee maker in the room. They also offer to sell you a coffee maker, lol. There is a sign above the lobby coffee that says it’s available until 10am. When I asked the person at the hotel desk about getting some made (coffee dispenser was empty) she said they only do coffee until 9am. When I mentioned the sign says it’s until 10am I was given a dirty look like I was in the wrong. Obviously wouldn’t stay there again and don’t recommend based on above observations/facts.
