This was a great place to stay near the Riverwalk, with free parking and a warm breakfast featuring eggs, sausage, veggies, waffles, and other items. The free shuttle was very convenient, and the driver was awesome, offering helpful suggestions for places to go and food options. The weekday and night staff were awesome to work with and always willing to help. The weekend day staff seemed disengaged and not very helpful. A few negatives were that the breakfast was pretty much the same thing day after day. I think it would be helpful to change things up every couple of days. Another thing is that sections of the hotel need minor updating, but for the location and price this was an awesome stay and made for a wonderful vacation.

Great customer service by the front desk... We came back in the evening and were making Hot Chocolate at the reception era and the front desk agent offered to go get us milk and heat it up for a better hot chocolate, instead of using water.

The room was clean. All staff except for a few front staff were polite, and helpful. Having breakfast was great and shuttle is why I canceled a different location and chose this hotel. A shuttle is important. On social media I saw alot of families asking about a shuttle so they can see their kids graduate from the Air Force every Wed and Thur.
