A beautiful hotel, with a decent array of restaurants. The staff in and around the hotel were always helpful, our children loved staying at the hotel, the pool and kids club offered a lot. Larger rooms on the ground floor with access to the quiet pool is probably the only thing missing

Ive visited Oman about 20 times but this was my first stay at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel. It was incredible the staff were brilliant , the food was amazing and the hotel grounds , pools and beach were some of the best in the WORLD

One of the best services I have experienced on a hotel. Great personell, great beach and fasilities. If you want to relax, I would recommend it. However, the restaurants in the hotel is very expensive. Too expensive to be honest. In addition, in the evening, there was little to do after the meal.

It was an amazing stay! From beginning till end, room was amazing (swim-up) and the breakfast fantastic. Very great staff, super helpful, friendly, just amazing. Beatiful place, great stay

Overall a great experience. The grounds of the hotel are amazing, including the garden, the pools and the spa. The beach is ok and the rooms are a bit outdated. The food is amazing and the service fantastic. Great place for families, they even have a "mini Waterpark" for the little ones.
