Ive visited Oman about 20 times but this was my first stay at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel. It was incredible the staff were brilliant , the food was amazing and the hotel grounds , pools and beach were some of the best in the WORLD

We had a wonderful time when we stayed here. We booked the two room family suite which was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four, and made us all feel right at home. We loved the gardens, beach and pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic and made our stay truly stress-free. The only letdown was the restaurant reservation system. Twice, our reservations couldn't be found when we arrived, which led to some frustrating moments and waiting around—especially tough when traveling with hungry teenagers! Thankfully, the restaurant staff did their best to sort things out and still made us feel welcome. Aside from that minor issue, our family had a fantastic time at Al-Bustan and would happily stay there again.

I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Beatiful place, great stay

Overall a great experience. The grounds of the hotel are amazing, including the garden, the pools and the spa. The beach is ok and the rooms are a bit outdated. The food is amazing and the service fantastic. Great place for families, they even have a "mini Waterpark" for the little ones.
