Very nice hotel overall! We stayed in the Delux room, 1 king bed. Very modern and clean. Few things, the door can be hard to unlock sometimes, we had a few ants in the shower and no elevator to go up to the rooms, so be mindful or carrying your luggage to your room.

Our stay at studio 14 W. was incredible. I wish I could remember the staff's names but upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk at his manager were so nice and accommodating. The hotel is extremely clean. The room was definitely like being at a five star hotel. The amenities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious. And again just need to mention staff members. I wish I could remember their name front desk manager's housekeepers everyone you encountered were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of all the Laguna Beach has to offer. It’s close to a grocery store and the best breakfast and taco restaurants around. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the staff are excellent. JUlie, the manager, was very nice and accommodating as were the other staff. The only issue we had was checking in after 8 pm when the front desk is closed however Rafael helped us find our room. Unfortunately the online reservationists are offsite and did not send our after hours check in info. After that Julie took great care and addressed any concerns we had. The pool is awesome! And the vibe and ambience at the hotel was very cool. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate the extra efforts provided by the local staff.
