Beautiful large room with balcony and the location was perfect. Short walk to the river walk and tons of restaurants nearby. Elevator was a little tricky but fine once we got the hang of it. Would definitely stay there again.

First time staying here and we were not disappointed at all. We were upgraded to a two room suite and the view was spectacular! Beds were super comfortable with soft bedding and the room had everything we needed. The staff were all really friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay again.

Such a great place to stay with your partner! It was the best decision. It was somewhat of a walk to riverwalk but you dont even notice. Plus- the views during sunset were unbeatable with the large view windows.

My stay at Level River North was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Chicago. From the beautiful, clean suite that looked exactly like the photos to the amazing front desk staff, everything was 10/10. The staff was so kind, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. I stayed here for my birthday, and they went above and beyond to make me feel special. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I was only there for one night, but the room I stayed in was super clean and had everything I would need - washer/dryer, full kitchen, living space. I did use the office space in the building to take a few work calls before I was able to check in, which was a really nice perk. Also, close distance to many things around Chicago. I would stay here again!

We had such a great stay! Only complaint was one of the blinds would not shut in one of the bedrooms, but we understood it was probably not fixable in the 2 days we were there. We were also upgraded to a better room upon arrival! Overall 10/10!
