Great stay! Hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to shopping and food. Taxis were always available. We traveled with 3 kids and the stay was super easy. I’ll definitely go again if I’m in the tenjin area.

The hotel was the best one we had in Japan with all staff courteous, helpful and good at speaking English. Importantly there was plenty of place for the luggages in the room which is rare! It was very well located.

Hotel was very conveniently located right beside a subway station. It was also a 15 min walk away from other areas of interest such as Tenjin, Canal City, and a small seafood market. There are also two grocery stores less than a five min walk away, a Family Mart, and a 7-11. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Although the hotel is older, it is very well maintained. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Room was a bit dated as only some of the rooms had been renovated as of May 2026. However, the room was reasonably spacious by Japanese standards and was quite comfortable. Beautiful and grand lobby. Location of the hotel was fantastic with a metro entrance and a Family Mart less than a minute away. The famous yatais unique to Fukuoka were also not far away.

Hotel is a little dated but the staff were outstanding. Beds are definitely on the hard side even for Japan standards but they accommodated and actually switched out my mattress when I was out. Breakfast buffet had lots of good quality options. Location is great.

A very traditional hotel. Location was not the best for our needs. Need to take either subway or train from JR station. Staff was nice. Breakfast was average. There were no local specialties and needed to wait for seating although not so busy.

Very good location near train station, bus stop, supermarket and convenience stores. Excellent cafe on 1st floor. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff and service they provide. Bellhop was there to assist with our luggage as soon as we arrived, check-in staff
