From parking through check in and check out everything was great! The room is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were kind and efficient. I love the ease of the restaurant up front for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the location for our walk to and from Soldier Field (Bear Down).

Me and my husband really enjoyed the stay here. Interior and the lobby were beautiful, staffs were helpful and friendly. The only downside was the AC in our room. We set the AC at lowest (65F), but it stayed toasty all night which woke us up around 2AM, but my husband called the front desk and they brought us a box fan, which is helpful but still made us tired in the next morning.

My stay was fantastic. The staff were easy going and helpful. They each went above and beyond. Even coffee in the restaurant was great and the server was busy but attended to each customer individually with kindness. What a stay. I didn’t expect a view, but there it was! Clean, comfy and literally the staff was so great. Go and enjoy!
