The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. The dining options are pricey but there are plenty of options to choose from. The scenery is amazing and worth the visit

The amenities were superb! The professionalism of the staff, top-notch! The restaurant, Old Hickory Steakhouse was fantastic! We definitely have this on our list of places to stay at whenever we are in Nashville!

The room was spotless. We upgraded to an inside room with a balcony and the staff made the change very quickly and sent a bellman to assist with moving to the new room. The hotel is beautiful and we plan to bring our grandkids next time we visit.

Gaylord Oprland in Nashville was wonderful with beautiful Christmas decorations. Every staff member we encountered was smiling, helpful, and gave good information with a wonderful attitude. We loved it. The breakfast at The Cacao Bean was excellent.

Loved all the Christmas decorations. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Help with luggage both at check-in and check-out was seamless and attendant very friendly. Valet parking attendants were excellent. Totally enjoyed the Riverboat Cruise at the end of our stay.......oh, and the ICE sculptures were amazing!!!

The hotel was truly stunning. The atrium was unlike any other hotel I've visited. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We'll be visiting again, for sure.
