Great location for the Guggenheim, as well as for shopping and the old town. Limited parking at the hotel, book if you can, although parking nearby too. Staff ppokite and helpful. Cold continental breakfast; good quality, great if that's what you want.
Location was perfect for us - on the river right next to the Old Town. Everything was walkable for us.
Room was more spacious than expected and was clean and comfortable.
The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
The breakfast at under 10€ was a bargain.
This is a very new and modern hostel just next to the City Hall. Easy access to both the Old Town and the Guggenheim, etc. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered plenty of food options. The room had everything except for an electric kettle. We understand fixing tea isn't a suggested action since there's a cafe downstairs, but we would have appreciated preparing hot drinks in the still cold spring weather. Overall it was a great stay.
The room and parking were basic and adrquate, clean. Staff were helpful. For an economy roomi think it was alittl over priced. The no frill breakfast was not worth the money.
The single elongate pillow was not practical, the air conditioning was good but you could not turn it on when needed. I do realise that such resource have to carefully used, or at least have an opportunity to do so.After breakfast the air con worked, just prior to leaving.
Great location, but difficult to drop off luggage as it’s on the main road with no pull in. Shower was a little bit tight but the shower itself was excellent. Cosy bar to have a drink. The breakfast was adequate, no hot food offering but was fresh and well stocked.
Great value hotel in excellent location in Bilbao. Check in was welcoming and very helpful. Room was clean and large with great views. Comfortable with all the facilities you require.

Good location, clean with comfortable bed. Very quiet if not facing the street. Breakfast could be a bit better.
Bilbao by far exceeded our expectations, a lovely city with plenty to see and do for a few days.
The hotel was central and near the river. The room was clean and quite modern, the view was poor though, facing a brick wall with a picture painted on it. We were loaned free bicycles which was a great boost.
People were very very good and were very accommodating to us whenever we needed anything. The breakfast that they served was excellent. It was a very good amount of food and it was very good quality. It helped us start the day off on a good foot. Also, when we needed a parking spot for our last day, they went out of their way to make it easy for us. All in all, it was an excellent place.
Great location. Rooms ok. Shower fab. Tiniest towels and no towel rails. One long pillow on the double bed was really annoying. Breakfast ok but fresh orange juice was lovely

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The young receptionist was very helpful and the room was okay but the single long narrow pillow between the two of us was not acceptable. The pillowcase did not quite cover the pillow which was grubby.

Room sparsey furnished with limited places to place luggage to access clothes. Bed cover questionable regarding cleanliness, and sheets had sand in them.
No safe; no refrigerator.
It started off on the wrong foot. When checking in I asked if I had a room with a nice view as I had requested. The receptionist sneered at me and said NO! You booked through hotels.com so you get what you pay for. Our room was level with the street behind the hotel. When we returned from dinner, the a/c didn’t work and the room was warm so we opened the window. It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. I went down to ask for a fan which the didn’t have and the hotel was full so they couldn’t move us. It was the most unpleasant experience and poor night of sleep. The next day the manager was very nice but couldn’t really do anything for us because we booked through the internet. Finally he agreed to cover the cost of our ride to the airport.
I think if you get the right room, and if you don’t need any service from the hotel, all else should fall into place.
