Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, very good privacy and quiet. Breakfast was good and location is within Chinatown, nearby major points of interest and right down the street from the MRT station.
I was a late arrival and the staff was wonderful checking me in. The room was really clean and breakfast was great. They let me keep my bag in a room after checkout while I explored around before my flight.
Second time staying here and will be back again. The location is excellent, staff are great and overall decor lovely. If this is your first time to Bangkok I highly recommend this hotel.
The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with fresh fruits. The hotel is conveniently located. The subway is a 5 minute walk and the Royal Palace is only 2 stops away. A shopping centre is located on the first 4 floors of the building. There a huge variety of restaurants nearby.
Excellent stay. Clean rooms, excellent location, good AC. It's located next to a mall, pharmacy, Starbucks so is easy to find items. Easy for taxis to locate. The area feels safe and the hotel felt safe as a single woman. The breakfast was okay but, unfortunately, lacked vegan or vegetarian options and very much needs improvement in this. As a vegan, the only option available was fruit. The staff were friendly enough but they do not help with bags.
Overall, a great stay and I would recommend it.
Staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Jing and Check in was very helpful and even scheduled my taxi to arrive exactly the time I requested.
Many shops are a few steps in the building. Night Street Market/ Street Food, restaurant etc are all walking distance.
Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. Some maintenance needs to be done to the rooms but overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast and restaurant was also great!
