I’ve been wanting to visit the dual hotel since I discovered it back in 2019. I finally got my opportunity a few weeks ago when my daughter and I decided to go away for a quick girls weekend vacation. We have the opportunity to stay in the convex room, which was a king suite. The room was clean had so much charm and a beautiful balcony overlooking the charming downtown area. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and Mark the general manager was kind enough to give me a history lesson on the hotel. We have definitely marked it as a place. We can’t wait to return to highly highly highly recommend!

The midcentury modern decor of this boutique property is delightful and unique. The room was spacious and clean along with being well stocked. The bartender was very helpful in learning about the area and good company when the area was empty.

What a cool, quirky spot the Dwell Hotel is! I loved the midcentury decor, which they committed to throughout the property. The location is convenient--a quick walk from great restaurants and coffee shops. The amenities were unusual (like the hotel itself)-including a sound machine! I loved that while this was a Marriott property, it was far from a chain--with distinctive rooms to select from. I appreciated the listing of local faves the hotel offered too (much more interesting than the coffee shop front desk folks suggested: Starbucks!). While the view wasn't particularly appealing, having my own balcony area was a treat!

The too was great. The staff were professional and friendly. We very much enjoyed this quirky, deco era boutique hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was updated enough to be comfortable. I’ll happily come back to this homey place. The young woman who checked us in, the 3rd shift guy who said he was weird and even the maid, they were all great! Thanks for making us feel so comfortable.
