The hotel was very clean and the staff is amazing. I only have one negative thing to say about this property. They need to add chicken or turkey products to the breakfast menu. Not eating pork I had to go buy breakfast meat to add with my breakfast. Thanks for the microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. All and all my husband and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends and family visiting Panama City. Stayed 5 days celebrating our 2yrs. Wedding Anniversary ❤️

Loved the covered parking area. However, the room was not good. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. A/C unit was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Asked to be moved to different room. Was told by maintenance man that all the rooms had noisy A/C units. General manager on site refused to allow us to change rooms, We checked out that day and went to Hilton Garden, which was 100% better.

My 2 adult kids & I stayed here while visiting family in the area and for a mini vacation. Pros: Everyone was pleasant that we interacted with and check in was very smooth. The location was extremely convenient to everything we needed, the pool area was clean, the in-room AC worked wonderfully and the daily breakfast was nice & adequate for us. Areas that could have been better: 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order during out full 3 night stay, Parking availability got a bit challenging over the weekend, and as we had an accessible room, which was requested, the water from the shower completely soaked the entire bathroom floor despite the towel/mat placed, making it slippery and required much caution after getting cleaned up. There was a shower chair available for safety in the shower and was set up to be easy to enter with a wheelchair, if necessary. We ended up using our extra towel(s) to dry & keep the floor safe for all of us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & will likely return here when visiting in the future

the wingate lynn haven / panama city area location has a bunch of amazing staff and they deserve to be recognized! we accidentally left behind a pillow of sentimental value and they were amazing at finding it and helping us getting it shipped back to us! especially the morning attendant Thelma! i will say the night attendant Savannah, i think her name was, was not very helpful, I called and asked her specifically since she checked us in, if she could ask the cleaning crew in the morning if they would double check if they found the pillow, but she refused! called the next morning and Thelma went above and beyond for us! other than that amazing staff, amazing hotel, great service, great rooms, and yummy breakfast! please share my absolute gratitude to Thelma and the cleaning crew for helping us! they’re rockstars and deserves the recognition!
