Beautiful grounds and atriums. Rooms nice and clean with great comfy beds. Lots of food choices and walkable to the Grand Ol Opry and the awesome Opry Mills Mall
Location location!
Nice hotel to stay at for a special occasion. If you’re going to the Grand Ole Opry and don’t want to be near Broadway street (where all the populated honky tonk type of bars are), this is a great place because of the location. It’s way too expensive for nothing extraordinary that you can’t find at any other hotel chain. Beautiful atrium with flowers and water features.
Delta Boat ride was excellent! The lady that was working at the boarding area was so kind explaining the ride, how long it would take, and what to look for on the ride. She gave my granddaughters gift cards to the Basement Arcade and they had so much funning that area. We did not even know this attraction was there. The boat captain did a wonderful job explaining the plants as we floated down the water.
Our room was amazing and the view was perfect. The check out person told me it was one of the rooms with the best view. Great experience for my granddaughters that they will remember forever.
I liked the decor of the property. They were already decorating for Christmas so it looked very nice especially at night. The "Waterpark" is too expensive for what you get, but the kids love it. The place is always packed with people especially those attending conferences. Rooms were clean but those beds are not comfortable at all. Staff was helpful when asked questions except the lady at the concierge on Friday morning. She did not seem knowledgeable at all on the golf side. There is a mall next door so that's a plus.
The property is so visually appealing. Just beautiful gardens. The rooms are a bit small and eating and shopping there is going to set you back. Everything is quite expensive but to me the inside gardens and just the whole experience was worth it.
Mackenzie at check in was amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also staff at your restaurants were very patient and kind. Was there for an International Convention and Gaylord certainly did a fabulous job
The taxes in the city made it almost unrealistic to stay in the hotel. It was a splurge to stay anyway but the taxes made it where I won't come back. the hotel was good, the pricing was ridiculous.
