The hotel is a magical place. The building is a total monument, every room is decorated with splendor. The gardens are very impressive. The buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing and the staff is extraordinary attentive and friendly. We had an awesome time

It was an exceptional property to stay in, kept extremely well. All the staff were friendly and gave excellent service. The rooms were luxurious, with double sinks, toiletries and towelling robes and slippers. Breakfasts were excellent, lots of variety and vegetarian options, with an omlette bar.

Absolutely gorgeous. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. When there was a facilities issue with the room we originally stayed in, the front desk upgraded our stay to a larger room with a terrace at no extra charge and moved our luggage for us seamlessly. Breakfast was also incredible, the service went above and beyond.

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and had the most amazing stay at Pestana Palace. The grounds are gorgeous and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we've had. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was such a great way to cool off. Although it's a little bit out of the main centre it's really easy to get into Lisbon on public transport or by catching a Bolt/Uber. If you get the chance to stay here do it!

Overall, a very good experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable and peaceful, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay enjoyable. It is a calm place to stay, away from the noise and crowds, which I personally appreciated. The only thing to be aware of is the location. It is a little further from the city centre and the main attractions, so it may not be ideal if you want to be within walking distance of everything. However, Uber is readily available and makes getting around easy and convenient. Overall, a lovely hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and good service. I would happily stay again.

This is a palace converted into a luxury hotel. It is stunning in every aspect. The pool is beautiful as are the restaurants and bar. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. Will definitely be back!
