The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was fine and the important areas were clean. The room was actually well appointed with a good amount of storage. Best part of this hotel is that the walls are thick and you don't hear your neighbors!

The property was clean but needs some updating. It is an extended stay location so no coffee pot or cups in room. The party we traveled with couldnโ€™t get additional towels for their room. The price was good and the staff friendly.

They down graded my reservation. Charged extra if you want extra towels. Extended stay that does not provide cookware. So if you want to use the kitchen you have to go buy pots and pans ect. The guy in the room next door woke me up at 3 am each morning with his music. No night stand. The receptionist was rude and condescending. For starters. On the positive side, the iron worked good. I will never stay at extended Stay America again.

The room was clean - floor was not sticky as it is in some other top hotels Iโ€™ve stayed at - I definitely donโ€™t like sticky. I didnโ€™t use the kitchen except for making ice and heating my coffee in the microwave. I always bring my 5-cup coffee maker. No utensils, etc., but I wasnโ€™t expecting that.

There were no coffee pots or toasters. The staff was not really at the front. When asked for new towels, they said they havenโ€™t clean them yet. And they were never cleaned. They were still in the same spot as they were the day before. The still owe me my security deposit $70.00.

First, there is absolutely no signage to find the property. Front desk was hard to reach. Garbage left in room from previous guest. Not very clean at all. Would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

Bring soap and shampoo there was none in the bathroom. Make sure you have 2 room card keys because there is no one available in the hotel after 12:00 am so you wont be able to get into your room like me. I hd to sleep in the sofa at the lobby like a hobo ๐Ÿ˜…. Anyway i hope this helps

I reserved and paid on Expedia for this reservation. Even paid for the insurance. Got to the hotel at 10pm and they told me that my reservation was canceled because I booked through a third-party (Amazon) and that they were overbooked so they canceled my reservation. When I asked why no one contacted me, they claimed they did not have my number. I had to pay a premium price at 11pm at night for a hotel instead.
