Front desk staff at my check in (Teresita) was very rude and unprofessional at my check in. With a very straight face, no smiles. I’m sure it was at the end of her shift and was ready to clock out. The day receptionist (Lou) was very nice and ready to help. Overall our stay was good and Lou made it memorable.

The property isn't bad but I had a few complications and I'm not sure if the hold up on resolving them is expedias fault or the managements. I ve been trying to get a partial refund due to an issue with booking where I basically paid double. Expedia says they won't answer they say Expedia never contacted them etc. so until that is resolved the rating will be low. If they ever answer I'll raise the review. Either way, not being able to talk to them directly is making me not want to use Expedia ever again.

I just love this hotel. It’s so close to the beach so convenient. The staff are just amazing and they have a mini continental breakfast and you can order eggs, etc. an additional cost. Just an overall beautiful hotel with some beautiful views.

Wouldn’t stay again. The rooms are clean and bed comfortable. They charge you a $40USD resort fee for a hotel with NO amenities. Only one elevator with broken AC for seven floors that is shares with the rooftop restaurant that gets very crowded during weekends. Complimentary breakfast is only yogurt, coffee and a few fruits. Very disappointing

Staff was friendly from the security to front desk. Room did not have a microwave but they provided one when asked. Breakfast is muffin,yogurt and fruit but they offer a menu if you want to pay for any other breakfast items. They offer several beach items to borrow which came in handy. We used the beach chairs and towel. If you get a view in the ally, it’s terrible and often woke up to people banging on trash. This is not the hotels fault. The area is a very short walk to beach but is kind of dirty and in some places uncomfortable with kids. We didn’t walk much after dark and everything was fine during the day. Overall, we would book this hotel again:) To note: something different is they put a 150.00 security deposit hold for each night you book so for us, it was a 600.00 deposit. Never had that and didn’t effects us but it might for some people.
