The only real complaint I have is that the room did smell of cigarettes, but the room was very clean. You can tell they know about it by how much air freshener was lingering in the room. Overall, would book again the staff were fabulous and the location is perfect.

The hotel staff was great. The breakfast very good and made our stay easier. We had problem with one room because someone had smoked in the room. They remedied the problem as soon as possible. Expedia gave us a prompt refund on the room and a credit on a future stay.

The room and breakfast were fine, good for one night. We were not informed that the pool was closed and that is why we booked this hotel. Our kids were super disappointed. It was nice to be able to walk to the near by restaurants, but we don’t mind walking through slightly shady areas :)

We found this Hotel to be very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious; staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast area was a little small but all items for breakfast were available. The hotel location was central to all the hot spots in the area. We enjoyed our stay in Alamogordo and at this Hotel.
