Had a great stay at this airport hotel in Phuket. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Special thanks to View and Diane at the front desk for going above and beyond. They surprised me with a birthday cake and even brought an umbrella when it rained. Thoughtful service, solid directions help, and genuinely kind people.
