This property is awesome. We stayed here for Mother’s Day and this has to be one of the best properties in Orlando. Clean, unique and location is convenient. They have complimentary buses that take you to the parks. Staff is pleasant and welcoming. Great resort!

The room was clean the staff was so nice and helpful breakfast was great luch and dinner my child did not want to leave the pool slide lazy river hot tube all was clean and at a nice temp I love the place cant wait to come back

This resort is wonderful, family oriented and amazing staff from beginning to end. We arrived 4 hours earlier than expected and we were still able to check into our room. The guests are very polite, friendly and nice. Some guests who were leaving passed on their arcade cards and pool floaters. The shake bar, lazy river, pools, fire pits bowling etc were amazing! 💕💕

We had a great stay at cabana bay. The staff and amenities were really great! We enjoyed the pools, water slide and lazy river. As we were packing to go home my suitcase broke and maintenance was able to help. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great experience! Bus service to Universal resorts was fast and easy. Close drive to Disney properties. Resort area was clean with plenty to do. Pools were great! Food service at resort was convenient. Food was average but worth it for ease. Conner and Kathryn were great at check in and throughout stay. Texting feature was great for any questions or needs that arose. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our visit to this resort. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Lots of family friendly amenities. Definitely would returning. The pool and lazy river were awesome. Free shuttles back and fourth to Universal were a huge plus.

My family enjoyed our mini vacation getaway for Memorial Day weekend. They have amazing pizza for a decent pizza(family size pizza for 26) still had three slices left over for the next day . They have a lazy river on site as well as a regular pool and it stays right next to volcano bay resort you can literally walk there no need for transportation. They have shuttles to near by universal parks . Parking is a 26 dollar fee per night . They also have laundry on site if you are crazy about making sure clothes are cleaned and washed just in case you didn’t bring enough .

Clean room, view not great of parking lot, towels by pool not always plentiful, heated pools were great, pool floats should be provided for lazy river as other guests tried to take ours we had bought, food good and reasonably priced.
