We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The room was so clean and everything we needed. The staff was so nice. We appreciated Max helping us. We highly recommend staying here!
Small room (struggle to fit luggage and people at same time) - but clean and good communal spaces and amenities. Walkable to various food spots and metro lines.
I definitely recommend this place it was a great stay It was very easy to check in & find my room I had no problems. My room was very clean comfortable & very quiet . I will definitely be booking again when I come back to DC
Really clean and comfortable stay. Bed was cozy and fresh. Bathroom had lots of space. Lobby was inviting and had lots of amenities to offer. Front desk staff were very welcoming as well :)

Perfect location for budget consious travelers who life a variety of cafe and food. The transit system is convenient and the location is very walkable during the day and in the evening! Staff are open to help and answer questions for new travelers to DC. The room was cold, though tollerable--My one complaint was that I couldn't adjust the thermostat. --Most importantly, the bedding and towels were clean! I stayed for a short stay and upon checkout I can honestly say the experience met my travel expectations! Thanks.
Great location, quaint town with great atmosphere. Enjoyed front patios and the rooms were spotless! Staff was friendly and helpful! Great week of memories!
Had a great stay in a private single room, it was more spacious than expected, nice bathroom, great location, walking distance from many things, and even when it was loud on the street at night the inside was quiet which was appreciated. Easy and smooth check in and out. Vending machine was out of order which was unfortunate when a bottle of water was needed one night but it was ok.
It's a new concept of a hotel as a commune of individuals - a new age of hotels IMHO. It is drawing dwellers to a common public space, a type of a hip urban coffee shop with cozy coaches, decor, tables and chairs; with a view of a street; and a free, not-so- bad, coffee. I welcome this change: my room was very small, but enough for me, and a price was very welcome (a credit to the management). I have done all my work in a public space, just outside of my room door. The shower was very nice with two heads - a rain shower, and an adjustable (alas, finally America gets it)) head, it was amazing to soak in after being soaked in a rain, bed is comfortable enough... And the location is hard to beat! All in all, I give it five stars!
Everything was perfect. Safe location in a vibrant neighborhood (Adams Morgan) and if you are a walker, you can get just about anywhere in DC in under a 2-or-so-mile walk.
The staff was extremely helpful and it’s a great place to stay. It has laundry, a kitchen, a common area, and it’s very close to a lot of restaurants and bars
The front desk greeted us upon arrival. They were very helpful getting us checked in and taking our luggage upstairs. The room/apartment we stayed in was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Being on the top floor the very large bathrooms had sky lights. The kitchen had everything that could be needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC work very, very well!! Check out was quick and again they helped with the luggage.
The only drawback was the distance to the nearest subway station.
I went on a family trip for a week and got the deluxe studio. It had 4 beds and lots of space. It has no parking, so be prepared to pay for parking across the street if you take a car. This is also a hostel so if you don’t need a full room you can get a bed. The staff that helped me was great. I recommend.
