Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing. It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy. Other than that, no notes!

This property had amazing modern rooms that were very spacious and the staff gave us great attention and even decorated our rooms after a concert we went to as an added surprise. I highly recommend this hotel. It is right in Dam square which is a great location.

I would highly recommend Hotel 27 for anyone. Some may think the price is outside of your budget, but the experience is a once in a lifetime opportunity and you should find a way to do it. The staff is unbelievably helpful. They got us last minute reservations at restaurants and the maî·​tre d' even walked us to the restaurants a few blocks away and talked with the restaurant staff to make sure we were well received. The suites are beautiful and very spacious. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive to any of our requests. You are very close to shopping and nice cafes and right in the middle of the city center. Again, I highly recommend this experience!

Outstanding service!

We stayed in Hotel TwentySeven for one night early July in conncetion with the Taylor Swift concert in Amsterdam. I believe we stayed in room 504, a Grand Master Suite. The room was amazing, with so many details (everything from the coffee and tea available, to the toiletries, and the very full mini bar and even a separate wine fridge!). We booket a private transfer from Schiphol, and used them for restaurant bookings - all superb! BUT, the icing on the cake is when we returned from the TS concert, they had put balloons in the room, the full setlist from the concert was playing on the speakers, they had made alcohol free TS-favorite drinks for our two minors, and set the lights to "after party" mode along with an extremely nice handwritten note to "welcome us to the TS afterparty" at our room. We were stunned <3 This is my - by far - favorite city hotel in Europe (and we love our high end hotels), and one that I will continue to return to again and again. Thank you for having us - we will be back <3

We just left our stay at Hotel Twenty Seven a few days ago and I don’t think it’s possible to say enough good things, especially about the service at this hotel. We walked in a bit weary from our flight and from the front desk to help with luggage, everyone made our arrival go smoothly. We felt we had arrived at the home of friends instead of a hotel! We were also given exceptional service in setting up dinner reservations, a top-shelf canal tour, and where to get the best apple pie. If you’re so inclined, do dine at Bougainville. Well worth it! When our room was ready we were escorted by a lovely butler (wow!) to the castle dream suite, which is perfectly named. Spacious, well-appointed with a comfortable living room, two full bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private, huge jacuzzi tub on the second level. Sure we saw photos before booking, but it didn’t do the size and scope justice. This room was really something special. We have stayed at hotels that claim to be 5-star before, but they’re frequently stuffy and off putting. Hotel Twenty Seven got service SO right, I would come back to Amsterdam just for the opportunity to be around the entire friendly group working here. Our only criticism is that we relaxed and slept so well we had to force ourselves to go sightseeing! Thank you for making our first visit to Amsterdam so memorable.
