The room had a very heavy smell of mold/musty. It was clean no bugs. Will reserve again if the room I get doesn't smell. The front desk girl that checked me in was so sweet.

The best thing about this property was it's very reasonable price, especially for its location in the Dallas area, near the Dallas North Tollway. And the neighborhood was quiet. In addition, the staff was quite helpful. On the negative side of the equation, our room was a bit shabby: The chair at the desk was shedding upholstery, there was food on the carpet next to our bed, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and there were no waste baskets. Maybe you'll get a better room than we did.

Check in was ok front desk friendly and attentive. The only issues I had were the 2nd night I was there the fire alarm went off at 2am! We did not know if it was a real fire or what as there was no front desk staff on duty! Most of the guest exited the building the fire department showed up and basically said someone set the alarm off with smoke. The rooms have kitchens so itncould have been anyone. The other issue was the water in my room was very luke warm to cold! I could not take a real hot shower at all. Also my room did have a musty odor but I assumed it was the carpet probably old. Overall ok place but I don't think I would stay at that particular location again.

The staff was great as well as the room, I only complain about an awful smell of old urine in one of the staircases and the others smelling off as well. This location could use some TLC but it seemed like they were renovating as we were leaving so they’re on top of it! Enjoyed our stay overall!

Check-in staff was very friendly. The facilities were a bit outdated, but the room had a medium-sized refrigerator with a freezer, which was great for storing frozen food. Although breakfast was not provided, it was a very satisfying experience overall considering the affordable price and convenience.

You get what you pay for but these rooms include a full kitchen . Suites & bathrooms are clean. 7/10. I always enjoy my stay and get the most use out of it for sure. I wish they would fix the grill on the property or provide more kitchen utensils but other than that, my stay is always enjoyable.
