Caribbean Cheap Vacations

I explained to them it was my birthday and they still put me in a room facing a wall on the second floor and mentioned .. it’s the only room available but put other people in my party on different floors w/ better views . From a F&B executive prospective- Restaurant staff was amazing everyone so nice ! Good selection of food . Good F&B .

The hotel was well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food outstanding and the variety’s endless. So much to choose from . My only request is to diversify the music a little bit. DJ was great but a variety of music would have been nice.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Atlantis. For the amount of money this resort charges, the overall experience and level of service were nowhere near what we expected. One of the biggest issues was the food and drinks. We were served milk that had gone bad, and when we brought it to an employee’s attention, their response was, “Well, no one else complained.” That was incredibly dismissive and honestly concerning. The drinking water also tasted so bad that we did not feel comfortable drinking it. On top of that, the soda was constantly flat, and the burgers we received from Shake Shack were burned. We also experienced several problems with the resort itself. The power went out multiple times during our stay, and on our last night our air conditioning stopped working. These are basic things that should not be happening at a resort charging these kinds of prices. Everything at Atlantis is extremely expensive, which we expected to some degree, but the quality simply did not justify the prices. Paying premium prices would be understandable if we were receiving premium food, accommodations, and service. We weren’t. The most disappointing part was the staff. Aside from two employees who were genuinely helpful and pleasant, almost everyone we dealt with seemed uninterested in helping us. Several employees were outright rude, dismissive, and made us feel like the only thing that mattered was how much more money they could get us to spend.
