I did not want to leave this hotel. The property and amenities are so nice. Its close enough to walk to the square. The room was really nice and we enjoyed an afternoon at the pool and took advantage of the sauna and cold plunge.

Our room was very nice on the 2nd floor and very quiet. We enjoyed using the hot tub several times. The location was great and we were able to walk to the plaza area. It was fun that there was music in the bar at night. We only had one breakfast in the restaurant and it was fine. We would definately stay here again.

Hotel was in a good location to some of the main shops and dining. Hotel was beautiful. Unfortunately it rained the evening I was there so couldn’t use a lot of the outdoor amenities.

I’ve never been to Taos so I was looking for a place to stay that was within walking distance to the plaza, to shopping, restaurants. Hotel Willa was such a pleasant surprise! It has a great location, the lobby and rooms are beautiful, staff is friendly and very helpful and the restaurant is amazing!! I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again on my next trip back!

The room and property have a charming southwest ambiance and decor. The room was very comfortable and location is walkable to Taos main streets shopping and dining. The property has a resort-style pool and several fire pits for guests plus areas for pet exercise. Breakfast at Juliette's was delicious, though the restaurant was short staffed that morning and it took a while to get our food. The server worked hard to accommodate everyone with a smile. Although morning coffee is available in the lobby, a coffee maker in the room would be appreciated. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

The location was perfect for walking to the Plaza and a show at Red Willow Park. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the cocktails were great. My only complaint was the pool and spa were dirty and were in need of more sanitizer.

Would have been 5 stars except my deluxe room had a very noisy air conditioner. It rattled and made some crazy noises…constantly. Also, no mini-fridge at this nice resort? It really is a beautiful property and the rooms are cozy and clean.

the hotel has a relaxing vibe and atmosphere. Our initial contact with staff requesting early check was less than welcoming but at actual check in was fine. We loved the lounge with HH food and drink. Rooms are sparsely decorated but comfortable. Will definitely return.

Hotel Willa is in a convenient location - within walkable distance of the Plaza and numerous restaurants. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, the inner courtyard is lovely, rooms are spacious, and the restaurant is very good. We would definitely stay there aagain.

We were in a suite with a nice cozy fireplace- but no coffee maker. A small coffee maker would be nice. Also- not a drawer anywhere- so you can't really unpack. Bad lighting in the bathrrom- a complaint from every woman in our group! The property is beautiful and the pool area is nice. Bar is nice- but they don't have breakfast until 9 on weekends- a little too late.

The Willa is a nice stop on Taos. But essentially a dolled up road motel. The ground are pretty and the restaurant is good. Pool is smaller then in pix. Not much privacy in the pool facing rooms. Good soundproofing. On the expensive side for what you get

Overall, an amazing experience. The room is well appointed and clean. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and large - a really nice tranquil vibe. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing and had unique flavor combinations. The only opportunity for improvement I can see was that the bar turned into more of a club at night and it was not a vibe to sit and just I have a drink.
