I was expecting a bigger room. It wasn’t a bad experience, I expected the set up to be less like a motel. I wasn’t expecting to open the door and see a bed, with the bathroom behind it. That was not the room I thought I was getting. Parking was very convenient and when I called with questions, customer service was extremely helpful.
We had a little issue but things were solved very quickly I give them five unbelievable that there's nobody in the front desk and things got done I thank you very clean place I appreciate it
We stayed here before departing on a cruise. It's nice enough, but is in the middle of nowhere and so there are not a lot of amenities around. There is also a fair amount of loud traffic. Some of the things in the room seemed like they were not particularly thought out when it was finished out. That said, it was affordable and convenient for getting to the cruise terminal. We would totally stay there again.
Amazing place to stay. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful location. Only con would be table lamp needs an extension cord in the double bedroom.
Perfect for a couple of nights walking distance from good food spots and close to the airport

I had a very pleasant stay at this boutique hotel close to the Harbordale area. I already recommended it to my friends. The location is great. It's walking distance to restaurants and Wholefoods. It's like 10 mins to the beach & Las Olas. The property manager, Gio, is amazing. She really cares for the guests and responds fast. I had a few problems during my stay. I communicated with her, and she solved the issues right away. It is really difficult to find a manager who cares like her. She upgraded me to a bigger unit. I stayed at the loft unit and I liked it. I also stayed at unit 3, two room suite room, for a few nights but it's more expensive. I loved unit 3 much more. Both units are very spacious, but unit 3 is bigger. The bathroom is not small like the loft unit. I have a service dog and he also enjoyed it here. My only criticism will be: the cleaning, towels, and laundry room. Housekeepers are not doing a great job. They clean very fast and leave. I think that's why my unit wasn't properly cleaned. They should definitely change their laundry services company. Towels usually had black hair on them, and they all had stains. It doesn't give a clean image. They aren't white. Washer/dryer needs to be changed, and the laundry area needs to be deeply cleaned. It's free to use the washer/dryer, which is helpful and efficient, but the machines are in bad condition. They both need upgrade. Additionally, they need someone to collect trash on the floors at the premises.
Once we had the self check in information, the hotel was perfect for our needs. Completely modernized, clean and comfortable. Would also be suitable for longer stays, especially if you’re driving.
This was a basic room. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator and there was plenty of parking spaces. We felt the area was pretty safe and it was close to cruise terminals. The only concern was one of the front gates did not lock so it wasn’t as secure as it could have been.
