Great location within a few min walk of the Shinjuku train station and restaurants. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the size of the bedroom, but that might have been an oversight on my part or maybe a normal thing for Tokyo hotels? I would still highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Tokyo!

Excellent location, super courteous staff who try to help in every way. We were helped by Yuto at the front desk to send our bags onwards to Kyoto. There is a Lawson right next door to the hotel, and the Shinjuku station is 5 min walk, as also the huge shopping and eating district which is buzzing all the time 👍👍

This hotel is in a prime location right near the Shinjuku station. Hotel was very nice and clean and the aesthetic is high end and luxury. The only downside is the size of the rooms are very small.

Everyone was so helpful to me and my family. I had many questions and they helped with all of them. The Hotel is located so close to all kinds of different activities, and a 5 min walk to a train station. The breakfast was worth every penny, such a big assortment. The rooms were so spacious and clean. Every staff member was so polite, made us feel at home. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.
