The house was so clean and well maintained. The one thing I didn’t like is check in is late and check out is early and they don’t seem to budge on that without a $250 cost for one additional hour. The amenities were great and we loved the water park and pools. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special but our stay was great and would stay again. We were also upgraded from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home which was nice.

We have been planning to stay with Encore at Reunion for some time and I am so glad that we decided to stay with this resort for our son's 5th birthday. They property was nice and clean, staff were prompt with assisting in whatever we needed throughout the week. We had a slide for the pool and our children had a blast! Highly recommend this resort, and will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Amazing place to stay with a large family or party! The house was clean and well maintained and very spacious for our family of 7! Very close to Disney and about 25 min to universal. I wish they offered more options for breakfast. But other than that great place to stay and enjoy Disney! Will be back soon!

It was cool seeing police break down a door and take a suspect into custody around 8am in the house next to the Registration Building after breakfast. Free breakfast was very basic and not much to choose from. House with 5 bedrooms was awesome.

This was our second time staying at the resort. I love the resort and all of the amenities that it offers. Although this time in our house, the carpet was old and dirty, along with the couch. It was extremely dirty with visible stains. All of the white sheers that hung from the windows were also dirty.

This was our third time that my family (10) had stayed with Encore and are already discussing our next trip back next spring. We have had wonderful experiences and made beautiful memories at the resort. Each home has been wonderful, clean , secure , pet-friendly and my grandchildren love the waterpark and the private pool. The staff is very accommodating and we even received an upgrade this past May at check-in, I recommend this to anyone who inquires regarding our vacation .

This resort was perfect for our family trip. Our rental home was amazing. Very clean, the air conditioning worked perfect for the hot Orlando weather. We had so much space for the entire family not feeling crowded. The kids really enjoyed their themed rooms and it was nice having a TV in each bedroom. The location was also very good in relation to Magic Kingdom and Epic Universe. It was great having our own personal pool to cool off after a long day at the parks. The breakfast that was included was nothing to impress. They could do much better with variety. We opted to cook our own at home. Being on the waterpark was perfect for the kids. We travelled with our 4 year old and 9 year old grandsons and they both loved the park. We spent hours there. I will definitely return to Encore in the future!
