The front desk staff Vaibhav forgive me if i have spelt his name incorrectly. Was happy, courteous, knowledgeable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs to have a great weekend. The staff in the restaurant made you feel like you was part of their family. We have travel extensively and we can say that our room was top tier.

I’ve stayed here many times and can’t fault anything. Spotless, great service, lovely pool area with hot tub and steam/sauna with aerobics classes all included in your stay. The restaurant 1269 serves lovely food and breakfast is good. There’s nothing directly outside hotel or within walking distance but a short drive will take you into Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield if you want more restaurants. I’ll be back again 😊

Amazing spa experience

We loved the Waves spa. Most hotel spas seem to be made as an afterthought, but the spa here was spacious, great treatments on offer and the relaxation room is a nice touch to allow you to really stay in that relaxation mood a little while longer opposed to just being kicked out into the bright lights and noise.
