Our suite was probably the nicest room we've ever stayed in when in NYC, whether Manhattan or anywhere else. Bed was super comfortable, the bathroom great, the kitchen fully equipped. Franklin Guesthouse is convenient to everything in Greenpoint. The staff was helpful and courteous, with a sense of humor. Next time, we will check out the adjacent restaurant, Madre.

Nice room size for 3 ppl. Pretty decor. Gym was small but adequate. Would have liked breakfast options, no fresh coffee or small food items to purchase. Also there wasn’t much of a lobby, needed more space/seats to hang w my family of 5 for a bit.

I would recommend anyone to stay there. The room are big, with a small kitchen, very confortable. The staff is very nice. Very easy to go to Manhattan by the ferry (2 blocks away).
