This is my second time staying here. I highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. The staff is amazing! No complaints right on the beach. (However if you want a more energetic / party experience maybe not your place it is family friendly but it’s still fun!) I’ll be back! 😊

Comfortable beds and pillows, good choices for meals and snacks , clean resort and friendly staff. Entertainmental had good and ok . Drinks were cold and fresh. Mini fridge was stocked everyday. Fresh fruit at every restaurant was really good . Made to order omlettes in the morning was excellent, only dislike was removing needed lounge chairs by the pool on certain days . The lounge chairs are always full as it is and removing rows makes it worse. The coconut ice cream at cravings was some of the best tasting coconut ice cream have ever had. Rooms are quiet for the most part but the halls echo those few loud annoying guests who don't understand or don't care if they disturb anyone. I would stay here again

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our trip at this resort overall. The staff, atmosphere, and experience were wonderful. However, the biggest disappointment was the pool area and its setup. The pool itself is quite small for the size of the resort, and most of the space around it is taken up by private cabanas that require an additional charge. Because of this, there are very limited lounge chairs available for regular guests. Every morning, people rush early to reserve the lounge chairs by leaving towels on them, making it almost impossible to find a place to sit and enjoy the pool . For a wonderful resort, I believe the pool area should be more accommodating and accessible to all guests, not just those paying extra for cabanas.

Our stay at Sunscape Resort was okay overall, but not quite worth the price. The property itself was clean, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our first night on the ground floor was very noisy due to hallway and elevator sounds, but the staff moved us to a higher floor the next day and it was much quieter. The food was a bit disappointing, while there are a few restaurants, we only found one decent dish at each, and overall it didn’t stand out. The resort is very family-focused, with most activities geared toward kids. It’s a good fit for families, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing experience.
