The door to the room was jacked up; I had to get help twice and one other time difficulty getting it to work. Bathroom sink was slow to drain-gross-a simple “trick” would fix it. No hot water in bathroom sink, although there WAS hot water in the shower, which was great! The chair for sitting at the table was a desk chair & rather unsafe as I fell out of it due to the seat being slippery vinyl. The table was functional but the legs of the table appeared quite unsteady, as if it would collapse. The mattress was comfortable but the sheet was placed wrong side up and was not a proper fit where it came off the mattress during the night. Pillows were dreadful. People sitting outside smoking weed first thing in the am; other guests smoking cigs immediately outside my room with the odor infiltrating inside, with the AC running. The so-called breakfast was pathetic! A cheap alternative with packets of oatmeal, nothing else-not even a bowl to put it in, but cups! Coffee was good. Location was close to shopping /restaurants & the venue I attended. It was nice having a fridge & microwave in the room.

Staff was helpful and courteous. However, the property is in serious need of updating. The room was not sufficiently clean, not all outlets worked, there was a toothpaste cap in the bathroom sink drain, there was a kitchenette but no dishware, silverware, dish soap or anything.

Overall the room is was ok. Upon check in, the room I booked wasn’t available. The bath tub had a very slow drain so a shower ended up being a bath. One of the stovetops stop functioning mid stay. The TV also had static. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were kind.

Attendant seemed irritated & was unfriendly when checking in. Room, bed, & bath seemed clean. The room was quiet which was a nice surprise. The refrigerator on the other hand looked like it’d been drug out of a junk yard. The front was stained from previous mold growth & the gasket was deteriorating & covered in mold. I wouldn’t return due to poor service when checking in & the biohazard they’re using as a refrigerator.

This property is not up to mark of any basic standards of hospitality: 1. Diry rooms 2. Refrigerator does not work 3. Stinky smell in room 4. Room does not open or close, jam doors 5. Toilet clog 6. Phone in the room has no wire, does not work 7. Breakfast mentioned incorrectly, it us coffee and quarkers 8. Stale hot water as if not changed for days, unhygenic. 9. Staff shortage, wait time is high I request refund for this stay. Not recommended till the property has basic amenities. Thanks

Beautiful area, Hotel not so much

Location was awesome, close to lots to do. Hotel was terrible, dead bugs under air conditioning unit. Bed was hard as rock no padding on mattress. Toilet didn't flush properly. Shower leaked water. It was extended stay with kitchen but nothing to cook with, no kitchen utensils, plates, nothing. It should state on the website kitchen is bare or empty. Make sure you stop and use restroom before you check in there is no restroom in the lobby and they are not accommodating, doesn't matter how bad you need to pee. Trying to save a little money, not always the best choice but METALLICA was Amazing!!!
