The staff was friendly and kind. However, this is an older property that could use a lot of updates. The bath tub had long strands of dark hair upon arrival. It took two requests to get the bathroom cleaned and hair removed. There was a massive leak in the bathroom ceiling towards the end of our stay. The internet was spotty at times. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes at all. Everything had to be hand washed following a full cycle. I would not recommend this property unless they invest in some renovations.

I was aware that the hotel was being “reconditioned” but it is completely torn up and a mess! Our room was obviously redecorated in the living area but the bathroom area was dirty moldy and overall disgusting. The room itself had an awful smell. We arrived at midnight and had to leave before 6am or would have left and tried to get a refund. Ac ended up being super loud when turning on and off - so ended up with no sleep at all! The only reason we chose this hotel to begin with was because Expedia had listed the pet fee as $50. And a deposit if $50 Instead, I was charged $75 extra pet fee for my small dog around $220 total (and a deposit of $100 not 50 )for my 6 hrs of no sleep in one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and nice- not their fault. But never again!

Only negative was that the room next to us was under construction, so after we checked in late following a cheer competition, we woke up to loud music and construction happening to the room next to us. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean.
