Endless high service all over this hotel!!

This was our first visit to Muscat, Oman and also our first stay at W. We have been blown away and amazed by the high quality of food, drink, rooms, surroundings and staff. We have been to several 5 star hotels, and believe this hotel must be 7 or 8 stars. This place can’t come more highly recommended!

Interesting hotel well located with direct beach access. Good pool for families (shallow for adults). Not busy when we were there so no issues getting spot by pool. Young adults prohibited from signature restaurant which is a shame - hotel happy to bill them as adults but not let them use all the facilities. Not coeliac (gluten free) friendly unfortunealy.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! From beginning until the very end, I had the nicest stay. Staff were extremely attentive and thoughtful- particularly Mahel, Batu and the concierge team! Food options were great and of good quality. Atmosphere was relaxing but also had a good balance over the weekend, with the pool and living room parties- a vibe! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

The W Muscat is absolutely amazing ! The staff, the cleanliness, the spacious room, the lovely pool, absolutely everything !! We were there for one week with our 5 yr old son. There were so many places to have lunch / dinner in the hotel and also many delicious restaurants and coffee places a few minutes walk away. Aram coffee just around the corner was also convenient and perfect to feed delicious food and drinks to big and small people! Top location. One of the best hotel we ever stayed at. We are already planning to go back!!

The hotel is very grand and chic. The pool is amazing and restaurants around are good. What was disappointing is the food variations in the menu and beverages as well. We had dinner at Buddha bar on the rooftop, the restaurant did not have the expected variations that you usually see in any W hotel. The beverages also lacked the variations for eg we could not have a patron tequila due to unavailability. They only had one type only! At the pool we wanted to have a regular club sandwich but instead they had a salmon club which was surprisingly odd. As they could not modify it for us.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Muscat for city stay. Will definitely return next time I am there.

AMAZING !, EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL STAFF, FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL. They made our stay unbelievable, the ONLY thing i can possibly critic about is, that they provide bar soap instead of hand wash liquid in the bathroom, and the pressure of the shower could have been better, but that is getting very picky. Otherwise this hotel has everything for every type of person. Will definately be revisiting, and be looking to stay in other W Hotels globally. Thankyou

W Muscat meets expectations of a luxury hotel. I like this chain. There was a bit of a confusion at check in but other than that the stay was good.
