The room was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would request a room on a quiet floor if you want to sleep well, further away from the terrasse. The rooms were also very warm and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work so the air in the room was stale and dry. It would be tough in the hot days of summer to stay with this issue - which others have commented on. However, I would stay here again in cooler temps as it was within walking distance to most areas.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Easily one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff were super welcoming and friendly.

A very unusual, funky, and fun hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the rooms were sufficiently big (although somewhat weird!), and you couldn't ask for a better location if you're exploring the historic center of town. I'd happily stay again.

Loved the vibe of this hotel, especially the bar/restaurant area - good DJ’s and great food. However, they could’ve done with a couple of extra staff at key times (breakfast and dinner) Room was clean, bed was comfy but no drawers for clothing All in all a great weekend and would definitely stay at Mama Shelter again

The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool stay.

Great Location!

Cool place to stay. Lovely breakfast spread and cool rooftop bar. We stayed in the XL room which I recommend. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Ask for a quiet room. I think the lower rooms may be a bit noisy as it's on a main street close to clubs.

Unique Hotel in a good location!

The Hotel is very unique and I enjoyed my stay there. The people at the reception are welcoming and friendly, however, the cleaning staff does not seem to understand what the "Do not disturb" signs mean, as they knock anyway and even open the door before check-out time while people are still sleeping. They are friendly but the management should make sure they are paid long enough to be there so that they can wait for the people who don't check out early :)

A funky decor, this hotel has a great location and a fantastic breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed that it was handy the major metro intersection in an area with good restaurants and we could easily get to the activities we wanted. We were unhappy that we couldn’t lower the temperature in the room with out opening the windows on nights when others were celebrating rugby wins or late night music. Be forewarned that there is very little clothing storage provided.

This was an amazing hotel. Loved every minute of my stay here!
