Harborside at Atlantis. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our only negative experience was check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait two hours before we were able to check in, which was disappointing after traveling. Aside from the delayed check-in, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall.

Nice and clean rooms. Washroom could do with some repairs as the water kept filling up the tub when taking a shower. Found the kitchen utensils very useful as we had breakfast in the room. Was a bit disappointed that the rooms did not have internet service.

It took me a while to decide which property to book. I finally settled on harborside. The harborside is more quaint and has a more of a motel feel to it. I would strongly recommend it as we had an entire apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Do not take your shoes off in the room! The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Right across the street and less than 5 minutes of walking we had a little shopping center with local shops which was very convenient. Harborside is about 15 minutes from the beach but shuttles are running every 5-10 minutes in the morning. I didn’t like that we couldn’t check in on time because the appointments were not cleaned. The check in line was extremely long. Even after checking in, around 6pm, they did not have any pillowcases and I had to call 4 times to get them. Not a 5 star experience!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool and restaurant and great. Unfortunately there was construction and maintenance taking place at the property with no advance warning which made it so we could not be in our room after 9:00 am until 4 due to the noise and pounding- it was brutal-this was the case for 2 days which is a lot on a 5 night stay.

Although this property was a little older, it was extremely clean, very well maintained! I didn’t think we needed a washer and dryer in our unit, but we absolutely did! Everything stays very moist because of the humidity, so none of the swimsuits would ever dry. Having the washer/dryer really came in handy to get all swimsuits washed and dried when we got back to the room. Love that our hotel was walking distance to the grocery store. Javi g a kitchen in our room was perfect for the kids! The sleeper sofa was also great quality. Our cleaning lady was nice and respectful as well as all of the staff. The main bellman (not the manager but the one who does everything) he was awesome! Always made sure we had a car, greeted us everytime we came down for the shuttle, he was very helpful! The shuttle run pretty much every 5 minutes. One of my fav details was the pool overlooked the ocean. If you don’t want to go to the waterpark and just want a more relaxing pool day, this pool was the best for a family in my opinion. It had a cute little kids area with splashing buckets as well as a bar for mom and dad! This property was perfect! I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harborside. The staff so so friendly and attentive. Great option for those visiting Atlantis but want a quieter atmosphere during downtime. Shuttles between the resort and water park ran every 10-15 minutes like clockwork. We will definitely stay here on our return trip. Thanks Harborside!
