Communication was very attentive as far as checkin and troubleshooting the code for the lock. If you’re not a high maintenance guest where you need turn down service and the high-needs of someone at a front desk, this is a great option and location for staying in Austin.

Excellent location! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Parking was easy to find along the street, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were caring, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we're in town.

Nice studio apartment room. Parking in the back was kind of tight for a big SUV but we were assigned parking spot 4 which was next to a structural pillar. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Will definitely rent this place again. Very walkable area and next to the river.

Everything was awesome. I loved the quieter area. It may be a bit further away from E6th for some but we found it totally walkable. Plus it is very close to lady bird. Hosts were great!

Great location. Right by the park. Walkable to a bunch of fun restaurants and bars. A little bit of tight quarters..you have to shuffle sideways between the end of the bed and wall on your way to the bathroom.
