Staff is always available when needed. I’m American and I’ve been use to working out at anytime however workout times have an open and close time at the four wings hotel. Definitely NOT a dealbreaker for me. When speaking with taxi drivers and the locals it was good to hear their opinion of the hotel was very high as well.

While I was initially unhappy with my room, the concierge manager handled the situation perfectly. He offered a room upgrade and provided such great hospitality that I decided to extend my stay instead of checking out. Staff were nice and welcoming
