The place is gorgeous. We were planing on one night and stayed two. Staff is really helpful and caring. The bus stop is in front of the property so the transportation is easy

I loved this resort. It was situated at a great and quiet location with a konbini nearby. The onsens were kept in great condition and felt wonderful. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful!

I think a lot of the Onsen properties are on the hillside above the city proper which is down the hill quite a ways. You need to drive to get to downtown area which is rather bustling. It was nice to be in a quiet area. Just a short drive is everything you need including lots of good eateries they're quite reasonable.

I really want to line this hotel and it's onsen, but it's just a little lacking. They renovated 2 years ago and the large outdoor pool is no longer heated. It's extremely cold, even in May which is a disappointment.
